Hello,

My chaise longue arrived on thursday in perfect condition. Schenker didn't know that they had to contact me in advance so they stood before a closed door! Luckily they called me at that moment so that I could call my mother in law who lives only 2 streets away. I thought you should know this. Maybe this is a good hint for the future!!

I am very happy with the chair who appears to be of a very good quality. Really worth waiting for! I will leave some positive feedback.

But please in the future inform your clients that there will be a LONG waiting period so that they don't begin to think that there is a problem with your company. I would love to do business with you again but the next time if you see that you have a delay with a shipment, rather than not saying anything, write and even encourage that the clients' patience will be rewarded, maybe by even offering them a discount on their next order (hint, hint...) with you.
